We are adding Online Personal Training to our list of services. We feel it allows us to reach a broader audience, including those who have busy schedules, live in different locations, or prefer the convenience and flexibility of working out from home. It also enables us to offer personalized guidance (i.e. training and nutrition), accountability, and support, which can help our clients achieve their fitness goals more effectively.
