    • Be prepared to execute a Tactical Plan for each and every threat that presents itself
    • Learn the definition of OODA and all it entails and, through proper training, how to make it work to your advantage
    • Understand the Fight or Flight process and how it affects the CNS (Central Nervous System) and your physiology, both chemically and physically
    • Using Creative Visualization to enhance your ability to perform and yourself for any eventuality
