I started tai chi in August with Jeff. I am. 72 year old woman who hadn’t done any training in years. Now less than 3 months later I am stronger, have more endurance, am much more flexible, and my balance is so good, thanks to Jeff. He is so patient and knowledgeable, I am so fortunate to have found him. Thank you, Jeff!

We absolutely love this gym and the trainers. My family has been with Jeff for several years and we plan to stay with him for many more. His knowledge and training has taken our family’s fitness to the next level and his motivational coaching has helped us reach our goals. We highly recommend Jeff Capps to anyone who is looking to improve their health and fitness.

Jeff Capps is a great trainer. He has been my trainer for 2 months and I already feel so much better. He is very cognizant of my age (58) and my problem areas (bad lower back, bursitis in shoulder, etc) and finds exercises to strengthen those area without causing me pain or damage. I HATE to exercise, but Jeff makes it entertaining and less of a chore!
