If you are looking to build or retain muscle (and you should be if you are past 40, like me 😊), or simply get fitter, look no further than Jeff Capps. I started training with Jeff just a few months ago, and I can already say that I’m lucky to have found someone like him. He knows weightlifting inside and out, having trained and competed professionally for over 40 years.
I love soaking up his extensive knowledge regarding the nuances of which movements activate specific muscles, and it’s awesome when you can feel exactly what he describes. I’m already seeing great results, and I look forward to many more years of working with him to see how far we can take this thrilling ride!

Exactly what I was looking for — a passionate, knowledgeable person who could pass on the skills of strength training, conditioning, and healthy eating habits. I’ve lost 23 lbs. since I started in January, and I’ve gained much more muscle. More importantly, I feel great, younger, and stronger… at 42 years old. I started Tai Chi with Jeff in 2019. I am a 79-year-old woman who hadn’t done any type of training in years. Recently, I added two days a week of weight training. I now have more endurance, am much more flexible, and my balance is so much better, thanks to Jeff. He is so patient and knowledgeable, and I feel very fortunate to have found him. Thank you, Jeff!
