With over 40 years of personal training experience, I have been privileged to train and excel in multiple disciplines, including Martial Arts, Boxing, Bodybuilding, and Powerlifting. My journey has been fueled by a desire to master the correct mechanics, techniques, and principles, enabling me to effectively communicate these lessons in one-on-one settings. Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of working with highly accomplished individuals, absorbing valuable knowledge and practice. All my competitive achievements have been in drug-free, drug-tested environments between 1995 and 2015.

- Best Total: 1874 lbs. at the Longhorn Open in Austin (2005)
- Best Deadlift: 705 lbs. at the USAPL Longhorn Open in Austin (2005)

- Currently teach 40-50 classes per week in weight training (competitive and recreational), Tai Chi, Hsing-I, and instructional self-defense
- Work with individuals of all ages and experience levels, providing general fitness and situational awareness consultation to small and medium-sized groups
